We will take care of vendor selection and coordination, suggestions on decor and rentals, timelines, and every detail for the rehearsal and wedding day. Full planning includes all items in the coordination package.

Partial planning is perfect for couples who may have started planning and realized they need more guidance or couples who want to plan pieces of it themselves and want guidance in other areas. This package can include vendor coordination and suggestions, guest list management, budget management, and assisting with creating your vision. This package can be adjusted to fit your needs. Partial planning includes all items in the coordination package.

Coordination is perfect for the couple who wants to or has done all of the planning themselves, but needs guidance ensuring the day-of runs smoothly. This package can include rehearsal, ceremony, and reception coordination, timeline creation, communication between vendors, use of a curated emergency kit, contract reviewal, morning of errands, and set up and tear down of decor.

Management is perfect for the couple who wants to or has done all of the planning themselves, but needs guidance ensuring the day-of runs smoothly. This package can include the same items as the Coordination package except this package does NOT include morning-of errands or set up and tear down of decor.

The On-Call Service is great for those who are organizing the planning process themselves, but may need some guidance from time to time. This service can be used from a year and a half prior to the wedding date up until a month before the wedding date.
During calls we can discuss budget concerns, basic timeline concerns, sourcing directions for items needed for the ceremony and reception, vision/decor, or overall guidance.
Includes up to three hours of virtual call time for planning/coordination guidance and basic email correspondence to answer questions that do not require a call.
